What is the belif of the author in the poem , "The Autor's Epitaph Made by Himself"? How does he portary it?

Time takes away the strength of our youth , the pleasure of our life and all we have and in return gives us old age , infirmity and death.
    When we have completed the course of our life , everything come to end in the dark and silent grave from which the port hopes. God will raise him on the Day of judgement.
